Once more, FIU students shine in the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) national competition. A team of OHL School of Construction students were the runner-ups in the 2013 Fall ABC Student Chapter Construction Management Competition held in Las Vegas, Nevada. The team also ranked first in the Estimating Category. The FIU team was competing aginst twenty teams from leading universities. FIU has placed in the top two teams in each of the last three competitions. This is a testimonial to the dedication of students and faculty at the OHL School of Construction and their commitment to academic excellence.
ABC Florida East Coast Chapter sponsored the participation of the OHL School team in this competition. ABC members who actively assisted are Facchina and Suffolk.
